Accounting and Rebate Management
At Strata GPO, we manage the entire procurement process for our dealer members, including invoicing, payments, and the reconciliation of rebates. This in-house service saves the overhead of at least one full-time accountant or administrative person, each year!
We make it easy for members by requiring only one ACH transfer for all Strata vendor purchases. This not only saves you time and money but ensures you the accuracy of the dollars in your pocket.
You Retain Control
Send purchase orders to vendors directly and maintain control over your dealership’s banking.
Because our members process their own deductions against orders, there’s no need to wait for vendor credit memos!
Member Advocacy
Our services are customized to meet your needs (eg, order tracking, supplier issue mitigation, payment facilitation, etc.).
Real-time response and engagement means your inquiries are handled quickly and professionally.
REBATE MANAGEMENT SERVICES
We handle all rebate matters with suppliers so that you don’t have to worry about managing another relationship. We engage with the supplier on our members’ behalf and proactively reconcile supplier rebates to ensure members receive all due rebates the first time around.
This proactive approach ensures that rebates are reconciled down to the invoice, purchase order, and product line level. Comprehensive rebate reporting provides full rebate transparency on your dollars (historical and projections).
REBATES PROCESS
Higher Rebates, More Promotions
Strata negotiates rebate dollars so you don’t have to! Our dealers average an annual return of 8-10%. In many cases, that can double your profit margin.
How Are Rebates Earned?
Rebates are earned and paid in the form of quarterly rebates, annual group rebates, and annual individual rebates. Each dealer is eligible to receive rebates as a result of their participation in the group.
How Do I Track My Rebates?
As a member of Strata, you have access to a comprehensive suite of tools and services to manage rebate collection, reconciliation, and reporting.
