The annual awards ceremony on April 5, 2022, set to an aquatic theme, celebrated the outstanding achievements and commitment of the top dealer and vendor members of the Excell Foodservice Equipment Dealer Network. In the competitive industry of foodservice equipment and supplies, these companies have distinguished themselves in 2021.

The Vendor of the Year Award was presented those who have shown resilience, support, and commitment to the group through 2021. Their goals included setting up dealers to win through competitive programs and pricing, education, and post-sales support.

The James Flores Trailblazer Award, given each year to an individual based on their dedication to innovation and having a positive impact on the group, was presented to Michael Wartan from Gator Chef.

The Danny Caccamisi Leadership Award, given each year to an individual based on their strong leadership and commitment to excellence, was presented to Mitch McDonald from Mac’s Restaurant Supply.

Additionally, six Excell dealerships were recognized for their milestone anniversaries within the group. Advanced Restaurant Supply, Chrisco Restaurant Design & Supply, Columbus Store Equipment, Ducote’s Restaurant & Bar Equipment, Island Supply of South Florida, Ramar Supply and Wholesale Food Equipment celebrated their 20th Anniversaries, while Atlantic Culinary Environments, Dvorson’s Food Service Equipment, Southwest Bar Needs and TREX (Texas Restaurant Equipment Exchange) each celebrated their 25th Anniversary with the Excell group.
