We engage with vendors on a monthly basis to get lead time reports. Then, we provide these reports to our members via our Member Portal so that they can create the best plan for their purchasing to meet commitments.

We meet 1:1 with our dealer members to understand where and how they purchasing. Through these reviews, we can identify vendors within our group that members can do the same business with, while saving money via rebates through our negotiated programs.
