Strata GPO Strengthens Leadership Team to Deliver Technology, Operational Efficiency, and More Profitable Revenue
Denver, CO – February 2026 – Strata Group Purchasing Organization (Strata GPO) today announced the appointment of Keith Kelly as Executive Vice President and Emma Stamm as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. These strategic hires reaffirm Strata’s commitment to being a strategic business partner—providing our members with proprietary technology solutions, enhancements to operational efficiency, and the creation of new opportunities to increase margins.

Based in Denver, Kelly brings a rare combination of leadership experience across the dealer channel, manufacturing, private equity, and global organizations — a perspective that aligns directly with Strata’s partner-driven model.

Keith Kelly – Executive Vice President
His career includes serving as President of TAKKT Foodservices (Hubert and Central), where he led a true omni-channel distribution and dealer platform encompassing street sales, chain accounts, e-commerce, project and bid/contract business, across both equipment and smallwares, OEM and, private-label offerings. He has also served as President of Tundra (Tundra, FMP, and KNG), Chief Development Officer at New Mountain Capital, and President of Ice-O-Matic.
Kelly’s experience spanning large enterprises, entrepreneurial organizations, and private-equity environments equips Strata with a leader uniquely positioned to help members improve profitability while simplifying operations.

Emma Stamm – Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Stamm joins Strata with a proven record of building revenue engines and leading growth initiatives in competitive commercial environments. She is known for aligning sales strategy, marketing positioning, and operational systems to drive measurable performance — a critical capability as Strata continues to scale its technology-enabled service model.
Stamm has held senior leadership roles at Nemco Food Equipment, Lakeside Manufacturing, and Gustave A. Larson, spanning sales, marketing, and solutions management.
Her leadership style emphasizes clarity, execution, and partnership, helping organizations translate strategy into profitable, repeatable outcomes.

Outside of work, Stamm is deeply committed to her family and meaningful relationships. A Wisconsin native, she’s a lifelong Green Bay Packers fan who enjoys golfing, dancing, spending time outdoors, and caring for animals. She also challenges herself to try something new every month, believing that curiosity and continuous learning fuel both personal and professional growth.
